1️⃣ Terms of Service

Business Name: Let’s Talk and Listen LLC
State of Operation: Indiana

Let’s Talk and Listen LLC provides mentorship, peer support, guidance, and structured conversation-based services. We are not a licensed therapy or medical provider.

By booking a session, purchasing services, or using this website, you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You understand our services are mentorship-based, not clinical therapy.

  • You accept responsibility for your decisions and actions.

  • You agree to communicate respectfully and honestly.

Failure to follow policies may result in service termination.

2️⃣ Payment & Deposit Policy

To reserve your session:

  • 30-Minute Session – $30 ($10 non-refundable deposit required)

  • 60-Minute Session – $55 ($20 non-refundable deposit required)

  • Group Session – $20 per person ($10 non-refundable deposit per person)

Deposits:

  • Secure your time slot.

  • Are non-refundable.

  • Apply toward your total balance.

Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the session.

If payment is not received, the session will not proceed.

3️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ask that you value ours.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred ONE time if proper notice is given.

  • No-call / no-show = forfeited deposit.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

4️⃣ Confidentiality Policy

All sessions are private and confidential.

We do not share client information unless:

  • Required by law (Indiana state or federal law)

  • There is a credible threat of harm to yourself or others

  • There is suspected abuse involving a minor, elder, or vulnerable person

While we are not licensed therapists, we uphold ethical standards of privacy and discretion.

5️⃣ No Therapy Disclaimer

Let’s Talk and Listen LLC provides mentorship and supportive guidance services only.

We are:

  • Not licensed therapists

  • Not psychologists

  • Not medical professionals

  • Not legal advisors

If you are experiencing:

  • Suicidal thoughts

  • Severe mental health crisis

  • Medical emergency

Call 911 or the 988 Crisis Line immediately.

Our services are supportive and educational in nature.

6️⃣ Code of Conduct

Clients agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Avoid harassment, threats, or discrimination

  • Not record sessions without written consent

  • Arrive on time

We reserve the right to end sessions if conduct becomes inappropriate or unsafe.

7️⃣ Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • If Let’s Talk and Listen LLC cancels, you may choose:

    • Full refund OR

    • Rescheduled session

8️⃣ Privacy Policy

We collect limited information such as:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Booking details

Information is used strictly for scheduling, communication, and service delivery.

We do not sell or share client data.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that Let’s Talk and Listen LLC is not liable for:

  • Personal decisions made after sessions

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Outcomes based on client actions

You accept full responsibility for your choices.
